Background
The Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) is a premier African institution with the mission to promote peace and security in Ethiopia and Africa through education, research and professional development. The Institute trains skilled professionals in conflict prevention, management and resolution as well as in peace building, and promotes the values of a democratic and peaceful society.
The Peace and Security Report Unit (PSRU) at IPSS requires qualified Assistant researchers to produce:
Objective
The Assistant researchers will conduct desk-based data collection and analysis to produce countries conflict profile reports, countries conflict timeline documents and periodic reports on crosscutting peace and security issues in Africa.
