I. Public Relation Related Works
1. Liaise with respective government offices, local communities and private companies while promoting the goals and objectives of DBL industries PLC
2. Follow up of Electric supply related problems and Bill payments (For both project site and Rest Houses)
3. Follow up of Water supply related problems and Bills payments (For both project site and Rest Houses)
4. Facilitate DBL land related issues with urban development and investment offices
5. Conflict management between the DBL project and the local communities, if any.
6. Follow up of internet and Telecom service related problems and Bill payments (For both project site and Rest Houses)
7. Arranging all legal related necessities to our vehicle, like plate number
8. Selecting proper Garage for our Vehicles together with our procurement team and Follow up of Maintenance and Insurance of Vehicles
9. Controlling the Fuel management of Vehicles with our fuel supplier
10. Submitting of different letters and necessary documents to different governmental and private organizations
II. Security Issue Related Works
11. Proper follow up of the contract with security Agency
12. Full control of the security guards attendance, security system and security situation of the project
13. Making proper communication with the security Agency management for any gap
14. Creating strong relationship with the Quiha governmental security office for all necessary support
15. Have good system for the controlling of the incoming and outgoing materials and man power in the project area
16. Having Frequent patrolling during day time and scheduled visiting of the site during the night time to counter check the strength on the security guards
17. Physical check up of the work situation of the Guards in factory, in Quiha and Mekelle Rest house
III. Admin and Office Management Related Activities
18. Budgetary requirement preparation and purchase follow up for sanitary materials of project site office and rest house
19. Budgetary requirement preparation and purchase follow up for stationary materials of project site office
20. Budgetary requirement preparation and purchase follow up for evening refreshment, tea, coffee and related items
21. Follow up of the cleaning of office and project site
22. Establishment of a proper management system for our vehicles proper utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance and cleaning
23. Supporting others in local custom related activities, unloading of materials and others
24. Strict follow up and documentation of the incoming and outgoing letters and Administration related contracts
25. Make necessary plan and preparation for necessary plantation and creation of green compound
26. Work for creation of smooth working environment in the organization
27. Proper follow up of the situation of the Mekelle and Quiha guest houses for their internal proper management issue
BA Degree in Management from any reputed University
Must have prior training and experience on this job field
Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Proficient skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
Conversant with MS-Office/ MS-Excel
