MAIN OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Perform secretarial and administrative activities ( Travel arrangements, correspondence, telephone, writing minutes, documents, mail, photocopies, visitors) according to the instructions of the supervisor and MSF rules and protocols to ensure efficient administrative support to MSF office staff.
ACTIVITIES:
Travel , Movements and PerDiems Management
Management of mail
Records and files all incoming and outgoing mail/packages/faxes and inform senders of the reference numbers for outgoing mail/faxes.

Requirements | |
Education | BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration or other relevant field of study from a recognized university or college |
Experience | 3 or more years of relevant experience in secretarial work and office management. |
Languages | Fluency in written and spoken English |
Knowledge | Efficiency with use of (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential |
