· The primary role of CSMO is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. She/he must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
· She/he must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. She/he is also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. CSMO work closely with CEO, mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.
· He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
· Develop new business opportunities with existing and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
· Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of IE products solutions
· Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
· Develop, apply and manage a highly disciplined approach to managing the sales process/cycle (e.g. bid preparation, price quotation and sales reports from all members of the sales team, a follow-up process) to ensure that opportunities are maximized
· Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
· Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, reduce costs, risk mitigation, promotions, sales force effectiveness with quantifiable objective to measure results.
· Aligns sales objectives and strategy with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
· IE invest huge amount of money for staff development in sales and technical department, CSMO is responsible to oversee the effective delivery of training and development programs, actively assesses the value of training and development investments, and monitors learning and development outcomes to ensure high ROI.
· Establishes and governs the sales performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs; overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensuring all key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results
· Provides leadership to the sales team, while fostering a culture of responsibility, ownership, accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction and Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Conduct research to the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients and possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Job Requirements
· First class communication skills able to operate professionally and effectively at all levels (both verbal and written).
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Excellent rapport building, networking, relationship & team management experience.
· Proven sales track record in IT sector
· Excellent word-processing and database management skills.
· Proficiency in IT and Salesforce, NetSuite, Sage or other CRM software & statistical analysis software
· Competent use of ICT including Email, Microsoft Office and online reporting
· Solid understanding of business acumen, market research and data analysis methods with superb analytical skills
· Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
· Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
· Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
· Strong customer-orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, needs assessment, interpersonal, non-judgmental attitude and listening skills
· Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
· In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
· The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

QUALIFICATION
BA in Marketing / Business Administration
M.A in Marketing/MBA preferred, but not required
Besides to the above qualification B.A & knowledge in IT sector & works as Sr. Sales executives/BDM/CSMO is more preferable & advantageous
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Three years of experience for MA or six years of experience for BA Degree preferable in dynamic IT business environment.
