Supporting for manufacturing operations, technology and systems engineering. Leading the maintenance team and comprehensive support for the plant's infrastructure components and equipment. Coordinating and participating in the preparation of plans and specifications for projects and operations.
· Leading, motivating and supporting the maintenance team.
· Completing all maintenance service requests as assigned.
· Planning to Work within the budget.
· Monitiring the spare parts inventory for cost effective operations.
· Scheduling and completing the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
· Coordinating special maintenance as directed by the maintenance Manager.
· Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
· Performing on-call maintenance.
· Alerting the production and maintenance Manager for any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
· Working with asset Strategy and Operations teams to meet the targets.
· Identifying and implementing best practice from across the beverage industries.
· Preparing and reviewing maintenance schedules; investigating and resolving schedule on assigned assigned activity.
· Providing supervision, technical direction and assistance to other technicians.
· Preparing and presenting written and oral reports on maintenance activities.
· Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
· Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
· Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
· Providing training & development of direct reports and concerns.
· Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the machine performance.
· Developing close working relationships with the other functions.
· Ensuring continued alignment of strategy and delivery.
· Carry out any other duties as required to meet business needs.

Qualification:
· BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or TVET Level III graduate in GMFA, Machine & Drive Servicing or related fields from known TVET Colleges
Work Experience:
· 2 year of experience for BSc degree or 4 years of experience in mechanical activities in Manufacturing company
