Regional offices are in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Therefore, Right To Play is looking for a qualified, experienced Driver for the Dolo Ado, Melkadida Refugee Camp.
JOB SUMMARY
The Driver reports directly to the Logistics Officer or Logistics Assistant where applicable. The main responsibility of the Driver is to provide safe transport services of passengers as required ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to by all his passengers at all times.
SUPERVISORY AND ADVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with Right To Play (RTP) approved policies and procedures, the incumbent:
Driving and vehicle maintenance Time%- 95%
Performs other duties as assigned Time%- 5%
PLANNING AND ORGANIZING
The incumbent follows a pre-set schedule usually provided by the direct supervisor, and determines how much time is needed and which route to take to reach the destination. The incumbent should plan the renewal of vehicle documents based on the expiration date. When prioritization is required, the incumbent will consult with his/her supervisor for direction.

WORKING CONDITIONS
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND EFFORT
The incumbent is expected to carry out a moderate amount of sitting, which can be for long periods of time depending on traffic and distance to the project site. He/she may push the car, if needed. There is a need to occasionally lift light material.
SENSORY DEMANDS
The incumbent must be able to sustain a high-level of visual acuity and concentration especially in high-traffic areas.
MENTAL DEMANDS
The incumbent is expected to perform similar work on a day-to-day basis. There are some moderate pressures from driving. The incumbent is expected to ensure visitors safety while driving them.
ADDITIONAL JOB RELATED CONDITIONS
The working conditions require sitting in one position for extended periods with limited ability to move about freely at times. The incumbent is expected to work overtime at night if required to drive visitors or employees to/from airport or hotel
