Under the direct supervision of the MD and DMD, the General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the plant by working as a team and being creative as well as innovative to make sure the plant is run cost effectively and profitably. He is responsible for the planning, organizing, control, supervision, coordination and execution of the day-to-day activities of the plant. He/she also coordinates and directs the overall activities of the departments, supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing systems. Establishes job priorities and prepares work schedules, follow up and control the overall activities of the Plant. The manager is also responsible for the safe and economical usage of resources.
