An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with psychological and program management skills to help deliver our care practice and psychosocial program in the drought affected areas in the Somali region. Based in Gode, you will be responsible for supporting staff across the region in working with mothers and children to improve their child care practices and mental well-being. Required competences & skills :
Communication (listening and observation skills), experience in team management, project management and training aptitudes, coordination skills, ability to establish good relations with other people, organisation and activity supervision skills, capacity to manage priorities, precision, autonomy, creativity, flexibility, good knowledge of the area and local customs, knowledge of the local languages of the working areas (fluent), and English language (fluent), sense of confidentiality.
