1. Position: Store Keeper
Required No.: 1 (One)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Reports to: Manager, Property Administration
JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to take part in the work flow and documentations of tasks of the property administration. Handle the property administration issues in central store in accordance with the provisions of the Property Administration Manual. Assist in the design of work processes and manuals of the property administration system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Check and receive goods against purchase orders, suppliers invoices and or packing lists, and ensure that the goods are in good condition before receiving them;
· Issue materials, fixed assets and consumables to requesting departments upon receipt of duly signed Store Requisitions ,
· Keep and handle all materials, supplies, spare parts, commodities, fixed assets, etc. under my custody found at the central store of the exchange;
· Ensure the security of materials in the store against damage, theft, deterioration, pilferage, hazards, such as dirt, fire, rain water, etc. and makes sure that the store is kept neat and clean;
· Prepare all necessary accounting documents such as GRN, FARN, RMRN, SIV, FAIV,RMTN and dispatches them to responsible bodies in a timely manner for financial recording;
· Regularly update stock bin cards in line with the movement of stock items;
· Properly file all documents such as store receiving and issue voucher, suppliers packing lists or delivery order;
· Label materials/items to shelves or racks and sorts out all goods received by types according to their classifications and assist the setting of maximum and minimum level.
· Periodically check records against stocks held and submits report to prepare and assist report year end Stock Inventory Summary and Fixed Asset Annual Inventory Summary;
· Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
· BA in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related and 2 years relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
