5. Capacity Building Trainings
In collaboration with Environmental Health Manager develop standard training manuals for quarterly refreshment training for water system care takers/Plumber and generator operators
Identify major gaps and training demands of Water technical officer, water system guards/generator operators/plumbers under his direct supervision
6. Requirements
University degree/ Diploma in hydraulic, water resource and civil engineering or related fields
Four years for first degree/six years for diploma with demonstrated experience in Water supply, hygiene and sanitation activities, preferably in a humanitarian setting (refugee Camps and rural development or emergency response)
Experience of supervising staff and interaction with other implementing partners in the camp context.
Strong coaching, advisory and sharing capacity for supervisees.
Strong communication skills and integration with other program staffs
Strong communication skills and integration with refugee social incentives and refugee communities.
Proven management, project planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Competent in Windows, MS office programs, email and database experience.
Knowledge of EPANET or WATERCAD and AUTOCAD software skills are mandatory.
Very good communication skills (verbal and written) in English language.
Working under stressful conditions and ability to prioritize among urgent tasks
