The training either deliver by the officer or arrange with third party in coordination with audit manager

Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs in the organization and report to audit manager
Design and expand training programs based on the needs of the organization and applicable standards
Prepare annual training plan based on the matrix and applicable standard. This shall be reviewed and approved by audit manager
Develop effective induction programs and give the training for new recruited employees
Conduct appraisals/evaluation
Produce training materials for in-house courses by referring applicable policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
Be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determine what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
Job Requirement
BSC on agriculture or related field; BA on human resource or related fields and took either of the following courses
Ergonomic course
Human resource
Personnel
Skills
Interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
Written and spoken communication skills
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
Organizational and planning skills to manage time and to meet deadlines and objectives
Good time-keeping skills to enable to effectively manage training schedules
Personal commitment to improving own knowledge and skills.
Work experience
2 year and above
Work in horticulture/floriculture industry is recommended
