To have effective manpower planning and ensure availability of the people for all functions.
· To source & recruit right people.
· To conduct Induction program of all new joinees.
· To conduct training on various topics in line with job requirement
· To prepare employee development plan and implement the same
· To conduct periodical employee performance reviews
· To formulate and execute various employee policies.
· To fulfill Statutory Compliances under various labour/employee laws.
· To have effective liaison with Government/ Social authorities
· To ensure discipline & harmonious Industrial Relations
· To ensure proper Security/ Canteen/Housekeeping/Transportation services, etc and other administrative function.
· To monitor HR effectiveness through various parameters.
BA in Business Management and at least 12 years of experience in a manufacturing organization of repute.Experience from Breweries & beverage companies is preferable.
The candidate need to have an in depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor law & HR practices.
