Background
EPHA is a legally registered national, independent, not-for-profit, voluntary professional association established in 1989 with a vision to attainment of the highest possible standard of health for all Ethiopians. EPHA has recently retained a survey management sub-grant with the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Program (ICAP) at Columbia University in support of the Ethiopia Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (EPHIA) project. The EPHIA project estimates the population-level impact of the national HIV prevention, care and treatment programs in Ethiopia to provide a better understanding of national and sub-national HIV epidemic trends and population-level program achievements.
As part of this endeavour, EPHA would like to hire experienced Data/ICT manager for providing all the required ICT supports at central and field levels during the conduct of the EPHIA survey.
Job summary
The Data/ICT Manager is accountable to the Central EPHIA Project coordinator.
EPHA is looking for a subject matter expert to serve as EPHIA Data/ICT manager for the EPHIA survey and in-house IT support for a short-term services. The Data/ICT manager will principally consult the Projects and Grants Management Department and at times with IT unit on any issues that might come up and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls. EPHA is looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work with the team of experts at different level and fill the gaps pertaining to the data/ICT related services.
