JOB SUMMARY
The job holder is also expected to conduct outcome survey once per year and continuous monitoring data collection on its performance. Capturing data from source, i.e., at beneficiary level is meant to measure results and identify areas of improvement for the future program activities. Data collectors are expect to support this process and collect the information with expected level of quality in all project target Woredas found.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
· University/TVET (Diploma) education (Preferable) in ICT or related fields and 0 year work experience.
· General understanding of scientific theory and methods
· Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance
· Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Best to have experience and exposure working with youth and families from various socio-economic backgrounds
NB:
· Data Collectors may need to stand and walk for long periods of time
