Duties and responsibilities
Monitors and enforces policies and procedures of the different activities of the institution (the school and maternity center)
Maintains a positive public image of the hospital and the school by creating good relationships with government and other stake holders.
Plan, presents and implement different procurements, financial matters in consultation with the medical director.
Monitors and directs the general store house.
Ensures each area of the hospital and the hospital functions well as a unit and fulfills its role within the institution overall purpose and plan.
Keep tracks of quality assurance measures involving patient care, the school and employee performance.
Ensures staffs respect the normal working hours and monitors their performance, assist in creating conducive working environment, provide/suggest appropriate administrative solutions and/or report to the medical director.
Coordinates with the staffing professional and assign their specific tasks.
Evaluates non-clinical staffs
assures and checks that the overall facility of the institution is properly utilized and available to all patients
Keeps the hospital stocked with required supplies like oxygen tanks, drugs, medications, hospital facilities and equipment, gadgets and other machineries.
Works in accordance with the values and principles of the institution.
Education: BSc degree in health administration/management
Experience: More than one year hospital work experience
