Organizational Context and Scope
Under the general supervision of the Emergency and Post Crises (EPC) Project Coordinator, under the direct supervision of the DTM Project Coordinator and in coordination with the Heads of Sub Offices (HSO), the successful candidate will:
Responsibilities and Accountability
1. Coordinate the overall displacement tracking matrix (DTM) activities, especially with regard to flow monitoring (FM) in Ethiopia.
2. Coordinate the regular development and dissemination of flow monitoring dashboards, maps, profiles, surveys, and any other information products and reports.
3. Manage, oversee and coordinate field-based data collection exercises, including flow monitoring, joint assessments and population mobility trends and ensure the provision of timely, accurate, standardized, and adequate information to all relevant stakeholders.
4. Provide direct and remote guidance to sub-offices DTM/FMP staffs to ensure quality control and adherence to the methodology and the timeframe, as per project needs.
5. Coordinate/assist provision of protection enhanced DTM/FMP training for IOM staffs, partner organizations and Government and local authority representatives.
6. Represent IOM at information management working group meetings where relevant.
7. Work in collaboration with the DTM Unit at IOM Headquarter (HQ) and at Regional level and with the Migrant Assistance Unit in Ethiopia and at Regional level to develop improvements in methodologies and assessment tools in order to increase analytical capabilities.
8. Work closely with CP/GBV sub-cluster to develop bilateral Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for referral system for identified protection concerns including GBV, child protection and human trafficking.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Fluency in English and Amharic is required. Knowledge on other local languages is advantageous.
