1) Identify export markets and demands
2) Identify products for export
3) Plan and coordinate shipment of goods for export
4) Open export LCs
5) Ensure that LC terms are complied with and export proceeds are collected timely
6) Liaison with banks, shipping lines, and export customers
7) Compile annual plans and budgets of the department
8) Compile periodic reports on activities of the department
9) Similar activities assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Excellent customer service skill
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the country
- Bachelor degree in marketing, management, or related
- Basic computer skill
- Fluency in Amharic, English and other local language is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
