CCFC has the following vacancies for its Programs and Project being implemented in different regional states in Ethiopia.
Job Responsibilities:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Knowledge Sharing (MELKS) Coordinator reports to the Director of Programs in Ethiopia and he/she is responsible for leading and coordinating all monitoring and evaluation activities at the country office level. He/ She ensures that the strategic and performance measurement framework based on CCFC’s theory of change is integrated into CCFC programs’/projects’ and partners’ quarter and annual planning and reporting. He/she facilitates and coordinates planning, monitoring and evaluation and the timely reporting of programs / projects performance and learning at all levels. He/she also ensures appropriate documentation of program / project activities, outputs, results and impacts. Responsible for overseeing and technical backstopping of M & E officers assigned for projects, providing guidance in training and capacity building. The MELKS Coordinator will closely work with CCFC Ethiopia Country Office Program Manager.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Number of person required for the position: One
Duty station: Addis Ababa with at least 50% travel to program/projects operational Districts and sites
Terms of Employment: One-year subject to probation period with a possibility of extension based on proven performance
