Reports To: Hope Enterprises, EYE Project Coordinator
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Regional Job, Business and Services (JBS) Office of the EYE project under Hope Enterprises will be located in Addis Ababa. The incumbent of this position will be mainly responsible in the following major areas:
Creating linkage with industries and TVETs to arrange placement of groups of graduates.
Marketing and promotion of EYE TVET trainees.
Engaging in capacity building and support of TVET JBS officers in the specific geographical area, and coordinate the network of JBS officers.
Collecting and analyzing employment trends and data of EYE graduates in the area
Cooperating with Job Booster to make sure Regional JBS, TVET JBS officers, and Job Booster strengthen each other.
Communicating with sub city and regional government officials for further support; such as obtaining the list of job seekers data.

Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration and five years of relevant experience or Masters Degree and three years of relevant experience.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Sales & marketing experience; Social skills & Leadership skills; Networking skills; advance knowledge of using Information Technology (IT) and high level of administrative skills
Competencies:
Ability to work in different environments and under pressure and within a limited timeframe; consistently approaches work with strong follow up and a positive, constructive attitude; effective communications skills and ability to establish good working relationships with all stakeholders; ability to travel within the country whenever required; excellent team building skills
Language:
High level of proficiency in English & Amharic languages.
