Top accountability will be but not limited to;
Prepare daily , monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan & performance report
Prepare monthly demand forecast (Brand, Regional Markets and Distributers)
Manage KPI and Commercial score card
Collect and analyze price, market share and distribution information form trade
Mange sales data to preserve data integrity for future reference and analysis
Prepare Incentive Plan (Commercial SIP)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in a business related field preferably accounting/ Finance, economics or Statistics.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years’ experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment in the sales or finance functions
Excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a diverse client base, sales office counterparts and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
Good commercial awareness (finance, sales, marketing and cost base)
Finance and systems management experience
Computer literate
Good Planning and organisation skills
Basic Functional Capability
CARM principles
Excellent IT skills including Excel and knowledge of at least one large
Financial/ ERP system
Numerical analysis skills also critical
