1) Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of financial transactions of the company
2) Prepare periodic financial reports
3) Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy of records
4) Properly maintain and file financial documents
5) Supervise employees of the division
6) Prepare activity plans and report progress of activities of the divisions
7) Ensure that tax liability records are kept accurately and bring to attention for timely settlement
8) Assist external auditors and other auditors during audit by availing necessary documents, reports and information
9) Similar activities assigned by the immediate supervisor
- BA degree in Accounting
- Minimum of five years relevant experience
- very good knowledge of excel
- exposure to accounting packages and ERP
