The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder is responsible to provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by Habesha. Answer phones, report and analyze customers' information and needs. Serve as the direct link between Habesha and its existing and potential customers.
The Person:
This role is positioned at specialist level and requires an experienced customer care professional, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere. University level degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Admin, or Management …) and/or equivalent work experience, ideally 3 plus years in a similar role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
