Position summary
Under the supervision of Location Program Director, the Program Manager, Building Resilience and Self-reliance among Destitute and Marginalized Families and Communities in Kelafo leads the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programme activities, in accordance with the Donor, government and the organisation’s policies and strategies. The program Manager supervises overall operation as well as adherence to quality standards and ensures effectiveness of the administrative and financial aspects of the project.

Lead the planning of the Program
Manage the implementation of the project activities
Human Resource Management
Financial management and administration of the project
Builds a strong network of partner organizations and local and regional authorities
Make ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the project
Ensures best documentation for the project activities
Establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the program
