The Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) is a national association of pharmacists in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The association was incepted in 1974 with the objectives of upholding the honor and ethics of the profession, safeguarding the professional rights of its members and working to ensure that the public gets quality pharmaceutical products and services.

JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will provide accurate and timely legal advice to the association’s Executive Committee, Executive Director, other staff and the association members on all legal aspects that might have impact on the association, its members and staff. He/she supports the Executive Committee in the identification and management of legal risks to the association. The potential candidate will review the constitution, directives and manuals of the association and identify gaps for improvement, review any contractual document before it is signed and update the executive committee and members on the impact of new or revised proclamations/laws associated with pharmaceutical services and professional associations.
