PROJECT SUMMARY
Project HOPE, prime partner, with MSH and PSI and local sub partners, implement the USAID Community HIV Care and Treatment Activity. The overall goal of the project is to accelerate and sustain the HIV epidemic control in Ethiopia through delivery of high-impact community-based HIV services. The project operates in scale up woredas of PEPFAR Ethiopia in all regions of Ethiopia. The project aims to strengthen community health and support systems for HIV service delivery, build capacity of community structures and local partners and strengthening the community health information system.
1. POSITION TITLE: Grant Specialist/ CHCT
REPORTS TO: Community Systems & Capacity Development Director/Grant & Compliance Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Grant Specialist is responsible for ensuring prime contract compliance and for managing all grants for the newly awarded Community HIV Care and Treatment Project implemented by Project HOPE, PSI and MSH. S/he will be engaged in the process for all sub-partner solicitation and identification, pre-assessment, matching, negotiation, and implementation for all agreement terms and conditions.
