ABOUT THE ROLE
GOAL Ethiopia is looking for a highly experienced individual for the position of Procurement Officer who will be responsible for purchasing materials requested by the user units of GOAL Ethiopia as per the specifications and delivery the item to the store keeper by ensuring proper paper work and documentation.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be an experienced Procurement Officer ensuring all the material requested purchased as per the specifications and delivery the item on time and ensuring the proper handover process to store with a proper paper work and documentation as well.
· Diploma in Purchasing, Supplies Management or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in NGO; experience in spare part purchase will be advantageous.
· 3rd grade driving license.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently;
· Computer literate; very good communication skills, both spoken and written;
· Planning and prioritizing skills
· Attention to details
· Market assessment and negotiation skill
Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary Birr 12,103.00 per month
Transportation Allowance - 10% of monthly salary.
Taxi fare, 300 birr/month.
Medical Allowance - Birr 6500/annum (will be added in your monthly salary)
Pension - as per the government pension scheme (11% from the employer and 7% from the employee).
