Supporting the Corporate Affairs Manager in building and protecting the OpCo reputation through various projects and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain dialogue with key stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
Analyzing media coverage and share with the relevant management team members
Manage and develop programs related to OpCo Sustainability Agenda (BaBW) and Internal Communication
Build relationship with media and identify contacts that add value
Deliver key communication materials in mixed media
Create and deliver programs to build understanding, motivation and involvement through relevant employee engagement programs
Organize and coordinate various events as and when required
Maintain corporate sponsorship database with proper system compliance
Maintain budgetary information and processing of invoices for payment
Job Requirement
Education
University Graduate in the fileds of Communications/Public Relations/ Public/Business Administration/ Marketing/Management/Business Administration Degree or equivalent
Experience
At least 2 years experience in a related field or industry preferably an FMCG environment
