Makes sure that project is communicated as per the project document, time plan and other relevant documents
Follows all internal procedures for project implementation, procurement, etc.
Lead production of key publications, including annual reports, quarterly newsletters, press releases, and project briefs,
Ensure the quality, consistency, timeliness and professionalism of all project communications materials, through brand manuals, communications toolkit, and team training
Preparing project plan and report with required standards
Ensure the implementation of the project is done in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the donor;
Providing support to the Project Manager and Project Officer of the project in all aspect of implementing PIN and partners’ intervention in AA.
Coordinate & facilitate fair selection of beneficiaries and ensure entire satisfaction of them on the support.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, International Relations, or any Education Field with four years of relevant experience, etc.;
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a communication officer or other relevant positions.
Experience in TVET sector , value chain and livelihood is advantageous
Experience of managing teams, strong coordination skills
Strong experience with PCM, ability to meet deadlines
Experience working with BOFED, TVET Bureau and TVET Colleges
Excellent written communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English.
