Tasks and responsibilities:
· Develops and submits for approval to the CEO annual risk management plan that outlines the activities to be undertaken by the Risk Management Department during the year;
· Providing risk management tools that clearly articulate the needs of the company;
· Preparing practical contingency tactical and risk management plans and backup arrangements;
· Analyzing current and long term risk trends and measurable influences;
· Oversees and coordinates the implementation of the compliance system of the MFI to existing regulations which includes the compliance program;
· Providing risk management tools that clearly articulate the needs of the company;
· Preparing practical contingency tactical and risk management plans and backup arrangements;
· Undertake studies to determine risks involved in maintaining or establishing existing or new branches as well as level of performance;
· Undertaking research and making analysis relative to risks in financial trends.
· Reviews operations and transactions of the institution that could adversely affect the well-being of the institution;
· Take the lead role in assessing, analyzing and mitigating the risk profile of VISIONFUND by developing the necessary tools.
· Undertaking research and making analysis relative to risks in financial trends.
· Provides an independent risk appraisal function of all aspects of operations;
Qualifications and experience:
· BA degree or above (Masters degree is preferred) in Economics/Marketing/Banking & finance/Accounting or related fields,
· A minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

· Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of risk management, the management of risk
· Comprehensive knowledge of economic methods and statistical techniques
· Comprehensive knowledge of regression analysis and time series methodologies
· Comprehensive knowledge of data collection and evaluation techniques
