JOB SUMMARY
The ideal Tender Manager should be highly motivated, innovative, customer focused, and have a „can do‟ attitude and thus, the incumbent is required
To analyze and coordinate the administrative, technical and commercial aspects of the Tendering and Contract process;
To actively oversee the efficient and compliant execution of all tendering activities in accordance with public procurement standards and regulations and track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines;
JOB PURPOSE
To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company;
To carry out research, update records and maintain detailed information as part of a busy and flexible team;
SCOPE OF THE JOBS
Being responsible to an integral part of a dynamic and busy team dealing with multiple clients at any given point and being accountable for advising and guiding senior members of staff on pricing options;
Building relationships with internal departments such as sales and client care and with the external tendering body or authority to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved;
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To actively contribute to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing the tendering and contract processes to ensure compliance with internal and governmental controls and regulations;
