Main Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate projects , complies reports ,proceedings and organizing the outputs for future use;
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with stakeholders;
Establishes database system and conducts data entry processes, for both real-time and monthly/quarterly entry of indicators of the data received from Project team. This includes quality assurance checks and cleaning of data as needed, as well as follow-up with implementing partners.
Performs data processing and data analysis functions and interprets/reports/ findings from quantitative and qualitative data.
Develop organizational check lists, guidelines and manuals and ensure ease of access and use of these tools by program and finance staff.
Assists in program/project proposals, develops M&E plans, logical frameworks, performance monitoring plans, M&E narratives and budgets
Carrying out other activities assigned by the general Manager.
