Under the supervision of the project manager the Data Clerk will:
Accurate entry of completed data form,
Review and complete data edit report prepared by the sites,
Maintain the data base as well as orderly filing of hard copies of the data
Clean data ; entry data twice to check for errors
Drafting memos and letters as per instruction from the project manager and the PI,
Organizing meeting, preparing documents and publications for the meeting,
Prepare documents printing; to draft replies to general and administrative correspondence on the bases of instructions from the program manager or PI,
Correct and format technical reports and documents,
Perform other related duties as required or instructed, including provision of support to other to other area of work and teams.
Conduct monthly data monitoring for number of subjects recruited per site, missing and incomplete, information unusual values and other related issues share report to PI,
Ensuring the quality of data from collections to writing,
Archives all documents on the research including those from Gonder and Jimma
Maintain the confidentiality of all information collected,
Responsible for the property management of computers, printers, photocopiers of the project.

Qualification:
A minimum of any technical college in secretarial or Related fields .
