Job Description
Purpose:
To be a successful applicant for this position you must have experience of working in a similarly varied position, with substantial experience of managing administration, operational and financial duties, ideally within clothing manufacturing environment. You will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle the requirements of multiple projects at one time with an enthusiastic attitude towards assisting with duties outside of the primary responsibilities of this role in order to drive the success of the business unit. This position is based in Mekele, Ethiopia.
Summary:
The Admin Manager is a leadership role and will support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. This role is a highly diverse and multi-faceted role, which involves direct operational management across several different functions. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the role encompasses full operational management of the site. Focused on overseeing all travel arrangements, coordination of VISAs, administration of the canteen, canteen personnel and the logistics of workers’ transportation and accommodation.
