Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced & skilled Head of Human capital to oversee all aspects of
Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the
proper implementation of company strategy and objectives
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources
management, including job design, recruitment, HR planning, succession plan, performance
management, training & development, employee relation, compensation, benefit, safety,
employment relation, talent management, coaching and Mentoring management services.

Skilled Human Capital Head is vital to the success and sustainability of firms around the globe

To most businesses, reducing turnover and increasing production are two important aspects of
conserving human resources, and therefore contributing to the bottom line. Professional HCH

both employees and employers.
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives
that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes
empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, t and ongoing development
of a superior workforce. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity (asses its outcome),
and helps workers create long-term career plans within a company.
Major duties & Responsibilities
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing,
and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
practices.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing
program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit
interviews; recommending changes.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training
managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with
employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and
supervisors.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality,
continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high
performance
Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures
necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
Interviews management and executive position candidates; serves as part of the interview
team for position finalists.
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a
positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee
morale and motivation.
Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of
the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with
non-performing employees.
Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the
variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee
satisfaction and retention.
Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company
meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee
focus groups, one-on- one meetings, and Intranet use.
Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job
design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes
to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management.
Keeps the CEO and the executive team informed of significant problems that jeopardize
the achievement of company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at
the line management level
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths,
annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Designs, directs and manages a company-wide process of organization development that
addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development,
key employee retention, organization design, and change management
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training
events.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and
report on them
Ensure that IE statutory training requirements are met
Revises and develops employee performance monitoring, measurement and management
system, policy, and program
In collaboration with relevant heads of departments, develop and regularly review,
coordinate, and implement succession plan guideline and ensure consistent and fair
application through monitoring the process
In collaboration with HR team, ensure horizontal integration among HRM functions and
processes to create motivated and high-performing HR that ensure outstanding and
sustainable performance at individual, team and organizational level, succession plans
and ensure its effective implementation
Establish and promote a culture of learning, coaching and professional development
across the Company and take a lead role on the continual development and embedding of
a high-performance culture throughout IE.
Participate in the development of policies and strategies of the company’s training and
development, performance management, and other company wide/departmental issues.

QUALIFICATION
MA/BA Degree in HR Management & Management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience for MA or Four years of experience for BA Degree in HR function &
practice in service preferably in IT business Company.
