CCFC has the following vacancy for the project called Canada-Africa Initiative to Address Maternal, Newborn and Child Mortality (CAIA-MNCM) in Ethiopia.
Job Responsibilities:
The Project Finance/Admin Assistant reports to Project Finance/Admin Officer. She/he is responsible for providing accounting and financial operations, secretarial and clerical support supports to ensure that services are provided to assist financial, human resource administration and property management are functioning in an effective and efficient manner. S/he is responsible for preparing records and compiling primary documents of financial transactions and financial data of field offices, arranging and facilitating travels, meetings and trainings. S/he also manages information and communication assigned to program offices effectively and efficiently by ensuring appropriate processes and systems.
