Consultancy Service Announcement for Mid Term Review of BENEFIT Partnership in Ethiopia
The Bilateral Ethiopian Netherlands Effort for Food, Income and Trade (BENEFIT) Partnership project (BENEFIT Project) has been operational since January 2016 and would like to determine whether the interventions are contributing towards achieving it’s set goals by the end of 2019. The overall goal of the project is improved sustainable food, income, trade and nutrition security of rural households in Ethiopia with the following four outcomes:
In this regard, project would like to undertake a Mid Term Review (MTR) with the following objectives:
The findings and concrete recommendations of the MTR are expected to inform the BENEFIT portfolio and its implementing partners, as well as the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN) as the donor especially as an input in fine tuning of implementation of the different activities until the end of 2019 and in exploring the opportunities after 2019.
