A multinational company seeks to recruit a dynamic and driven individual to fill the position of Operations Agent Position.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-today visa applications in compliance with the prevailing Standard Operating Procedures
Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer based system
Ensure engagement with applicants to provide a first class service, and positive customer experience
To resolve and diffuse escalated customer, minimizing customer complaints;
To prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports;
Ensure continuous improvement in operational excellence; ISO duties
Participate security related trainings
Conduct security related activities assigned to this position
Follow security related requirements when fulfilling the responsibilities of this position
Report security incidents to the supervisor when detected
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field
At least two years related working experience in Operations and/or Customer Service department. Experience in a multinational environment will be an added advantage
