Job Summary
The Data Collector will be the voice of the customer responsible for identifying key pain points/opportunities across the end to end customer experience. This involves all aspects of data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation to deliver customer insights and recommendation to maximize the company’s customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Regular and relevant data collection regarding different aspects of the company’s customer experience
· Prepare and present to senior management across departments regularly to help the company improve customers experience
· Identify and resolve data quality issues
· Maintaining database to enable long-term data keeping
· Monitor resolution of customer issues which arises during data collection and escalate significant issues to responsible parties.
· Manage special projects related to key customer issues as recommended by senior management
· Work closely with operation, sales, marketing and distribution departments to help on improvement of services and products
· Recruit, coach and manage new joiners to Customer Insight and Innovation Team
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Educational Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Management, statistics or related fields
