Objectives: The purpose of the GED Officer Position is to ensure that appropriate structure that supports the commitments of CARE Ethiopia to strive to be a number one employees’ choice is achievable. This structure is designed to place CARE’s commitment to diverse and equitable environment in policies is effectively integrated in the reality of the working environment. This position is effectively expected to be the spearhead of the process by providing guidelines for implementation, monitoring changes, documents and generates evidence for learning.

Qualifications (Know How)
Education /Training: BA/BSc degree in Sociology, Psychology, Management, Law or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ of experience in human resource development or talent management. Advantageous if actual work experience in designing or implementing internship/mentoring program or implementing initiative to enhance organizational workforce balance in NGO environment.
