PSI/Ethiopia is an innovative network member of PSI with a team of more than 140 people passionate about marketing and dedicated to serving Sara! Since 2003, we have marketed products and led programs to prevent HIV, improve reproductive health, and improve child health. We market condoms and increase condom use among people most at risk of HIV. We increase access to clean water by selling Wuha Agar, a water disinfectant. At PSI/Ethiopia we do more than simply provide products and services, we seek to create true change – by making markets work for the poor – to increase the use of critical health products and services that are available, affordable, and desirable to the most vulnerable Ethiopian people.
We are looking for a Program Support to facilitate administrative and programmatic needs under a project of $65.1 million, five years USAID HIV Services for Key and Priority Population project. The incumbent will pro-actively meet administrative needs, is dynamic at multi-tasking, and a quick learner on the program side. The Program Support will be organized, a capable writer, creative facilitator, and will enthusiastically ensure smooth and timely flow of work.

Your contribution
You will work under the supervision of the Technical Director for Programs and be responsible for the administrative and programmatic activities. More specifically, you will:
- Serve as a focal person and coordinator on the project.
- Work with the team to compile evidence and lessons learnt on the project.
- Coordinate periodic program reporting and work planning inputs from the PSI team and partner organizations.
- Work across departments, including program to produce monthly performance dashboard, monthly update report, disseminate lessons learnt to local implementing partners and PSI team in the regions; synthesize information and package to help the Technical Direcor prepare for meetings and presentations.
- Administratively support the Technical Director and program team by organizing and documenting, including following up action points, regular meetings within PSI and externally with key stakeholders.
- Manages the schedule and logistical planning of key events and assists PSI leadership with administrative tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between program and admin teams by coordinating with admin team to ensure program’s incoming/outgoing correspondence is handled efficiently and programmatically among team members.

- New initiatives between GOE and USAID KP and PP activity rolled out
Your background
- BA Degree in Social Science, Health, Business or other relevant field of study
- 3 years of progressive professional experience in administrative and programmatic
