In Ethiopia, NCA established its country office in 1974. Program areas for 2016-2020 include: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Reproductive Health (RH), Climate Resilience (CR) and Humanitarian Aid.
NCA is currently looking for WASH program manager who will be responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the projects operating from Gambella field Office for refugee response. The incumbent, under the direct supervision of NCA Humanitarian Program Coordinator provides technical and Programmatic guidance for NCA Gambella Team; manage project resources; coordinate the work with the lead agency of the consortium; maintain good partnership with government stakeholders as well as UNHCR; ensure strict adherence to humanitarian standards and principles; and promote integration and synergy among various projects. Moreover, the position requires staff management skill and experience.Key Responsibilities:
