BBC Media Action has six new posts as part of an Afaan Oromo / Amharic language child health project: two Senior Producer/Trainers, two Producer/Trainers, and two Assistant Producers. The objective of the project is to help reduce baby and infant illness by encouraging people to adopt healthier water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) practices when caring for young children.
This team will produce and launch a new radio magazine show and a radio mini-drama series, and produce radio spots (i.e. public service announcements) to be broadcast on our partner stations. The team will also develop and deliver training to partner organisations and help produce related printed materials.
