Project HOPE is currently recruiting a Deputy Director for Quality for an upcoming project supporting health care services among refugee populations in Ethiopia. The geographic areas of focus are, refugee camps in Gambella, Tigraye and Ethiopian Somali regional states. Technical areas of interest include:
• Health (reproductive health and/or maternal and child health; assistance to elderly persons with specific needs; and/or to persons living with disabilities)
• Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
• Protection (child protection and/or GBV prevention and response)
The Deputy Director for Quality reports to the Program Director and will be responsible for establishing and coordinating a functional Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting system. S/he will lead the technical team to produce quarterly, semi-annual and annual quantitative and narrative reports, including relevant information on lessons learnt, challenges encountered and opportunities identified for improvement. S/he will be responsible for designing and implementing operational researches and program evaluations.
