Project HOPE is currently recruiting a Finance and Administration Manager for an upcoming project supporting health care services among refugee populations in Ethiopia. The geographic areas of focus are, refugee camps in Gambella, Tigraye and Ethiopian Somali regional states. Technical areas of interest include:
• Health (reproductive health and/or maternal and child health; assistance to elderly persons with specific needs; and/or to persons living with disabilities)
• Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
• Protection (child protection and/or GBV prevention and response)
The Finance and Administration Manager will report to the Deputy Director for Operations and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting and accounting.
The Manager will liaise closely with PRM, Government of Ethiopia, Project HOPE’s Headquarters and Country Office, as well as partner organizations.
