EDUCATION:
Min:- BA in Management /HRM/Business Administration or related
TRAINING (on the job training, should the present incumbent leave) :
Minimum: Project management/people development training
Ideal: Performance management and people development training
EXPERIENCE
Working experiences in beverage industry or food manufacturing
Mini: four years as HR expert, two years as HRBP or Factory HR Administration.
Ideal: Project related experience
