Own Department SAP standards adherence

Prudence in Budgeting and Budget management for asset care, Utilities and CAPEX
Delivery of asset care KPIs
Dynamic Maintenance planning best practices for attainment of target plant availability, reliability and asset life cycle.
Monitor equipment life-cycle costs and advise appropriate modifications, upgrading or replacement.
Implement best engineering practices and provide input into asset care management, managing materials, components and spares required by the plant/equipment to achieve optimum cost.
Establish clear standards for all contractors in the area of engineering and ensure compliance to Permit To Work requirements.
Job Requirement
A combination of functional expertise, operations/ beer credibility, track record of people management and development, change leadership and cultural sensitivity. Minimum 10 years Manufacturing experience essentially in a senior role.
