Roles and Responsibilities: To Provide programmatic support to all foundation Department’s To Draft and edit routine correspondence and memoranda, send standard letters to grant To Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and work plans, and monitor grant spending; To Assist in the research for potential grantees, including field research; To Process and track grant contracts and payment requests for program initiatives; To Review grant proposals and grant reports as requested to ensure documentation is To assist top management in formulation of the overall strategies of the Foundation; To look ahead and prepare reports to reposition the Foundation as needed; To lead strategic partnerships with other organizations; To lead teams to execute on the Foundation’s strategic plans; To formulate detailed project plans that identify team members, deliverables, time lines, execution strategies and objectives; To promote consistency across the entire project and maintain constant communication with team members regarding status, delivery dates and potential risks. To act as a team leader and serve as the liaison between different project groups and project stakeholders. To analyze project expenditures and budgets, sending out progress reports to team members, reviewing and administering contracts; To prepare written reports and presents update information to the Executive Director and the Board and to alert management about issues that may require urgent attention. Assist in the grant writing process; To perform other related tasks as required. |
Minimum Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field |
Minimum Experience:
Five years of relevant experience |
