Results Statement:
You are responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of Lifewater International staff in Ethiopia. You ensure that processes, procedures, and systems are in place to support the administrative activities of Human Resources, while also working alongside Country Leadership in the development of their staff through professional development plans and activities. You identify gaps in Human Resource capacity through regular site visits and proactively address them.
Key Job Responsibilities:
