Job Title: - Junior HR Executive
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Report To: - HRM Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow-up absenteeism reasons of the plant and issue warning letters when necessary
2. Analyze absenteeism reasons and maintain both Absenteeism and turnover below 6%.
3. Arrange warning letters for disciplinary issues
4. Review and analyze monthly absenteeism, turnover reports
5. Daily awareness of discipline step and good practices to workers through PS system and other continuous improvement functions in the production flow
6. Conducting Exit Interviews and submit reasons analysis reports
7. Coordinate with workers and external parties to fulfill the factory carder requirements
8. Research and conduct motivation program
9. Conduct Meetings like Worker’s Council, H&S, Anti Harassment
10. Preparing all workers council meeting minutes Amharic and English email to all relevant persons
11. Grievance Handling
12. Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.
13. Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization.
14. And perform other duties and responsibilities given by the HRM.
Education
University degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related field (Required Graduated year is 2017-2018)
Work Experience
Above 0+ years of responsible relevant experience is required. Experience in related factory level and knowing basic computer skill is an advantage.
