Quality Assurance Officer, Addis Ababa- Ethiopia
· Key role working as part of our Ethiopian team.
· Be a significant contributor to eliminating trachoma in Ethiopia, Oromia region.
· Full-time position based in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.
The Fred Hollows Foundation, an international NGO founded in 1992 has been a driving force in the development and implementation of blindness prevention programs in some of the poorest and most isolated regions in the world. Currently operating in 25 countries throughout Africa, South Asia and South East Asia, The Foundation is working to end avoidable blindness.
Working with and reporting to Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, the Quality Assurance Officer is accountable for data collection, analysis, and reporting of The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia programs, ensuring quality of the programs and quality interventions in the Monitoring and Evaluation activities of all donor supported projects.
To be successful in this position, you need to have an MSc/BSc Degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Biostatics, public health, Economics or research related discipline and a strong experience in Quality assurance /Quality Control initiatives in trachoma programs in an international NGO setting.
